Notifications
Used to send shift opportunities, assignment updates, reminders, support alerts, delivery notifications, and account information.

Used to select, upload, temporarily store, or download driver documents and operational files.
You can manage these permissions through your device settings. Some features may not work when required permissions are disabled.

When an account-deletion request is verified, we will delete or anonymize the account and associated personal information unless certain records must be retained for legal, tax, payment, safety, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or regulatory purposes.
Deleting an account may permanently remove access to shifts, routes, documents, payment records, and other app features.
Important: The Nex Mile Driver app contains an in-app option that allows drivers to start the account-deletion process. An email-only method does not replace Apple’s in-app deletion requirement when users can create or initiate an account inside the app.
Your Privacy Rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request to:
- Access personal information held about you
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete information
- Withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing

Nex Mile Driver is intended for approved delivery drivers and is not directed to children.
Users must meet the minimum legal and contractual age requirements applicable to driving and delivery work in their location. Nex Mile does not knowingly create driver accounts for children.
